Whether it is a new-build property, major renovation or refurbishment, we begin by understanding the client's objectives, the existing property or site, the scope of works, budget and desired programme.

Pre-Start
Preparing the project for a controlled start.
Before work begins, we bring the client, consultants, contractors and key stakeholders together to establish exactly how the project will be delivered.
We lead pre-start meetings, coordinate the required information and ensure the appropriate compliance, documentation and responsibilities are in place before works commence.
Working closely with the client, we develop a clear phasing and delivery strategy, sequencing the works around the client's priorities, access requirements and operational needs.
Our aim is to ensure everyone understands what is happening, when it is happening and who is responsible, creating a clear route into construction.

project Management
Once the project moves into delivery, Vantor takes a hands-on role in managing the construction process and coordinating the wider project team.
We act as the central point of coordination between the client, architects, designers, engineers, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring everyone is working towards the same programme, scope and quality expectations.
From the initial mobilisation through to completion, we monitor progress, manage interfaces between trades, coordinate information and address issues as they arise keeping the client informed and the project moving forward.
Our role is to provide clear accountability across the project, while maintaining control of the key factors that determine a successful outcome: cost, programme, quality and risk.
Once construction is complete, Vantor remains involved through the handover and following 12-month period, coordinating final inspections, snagging, handover documentation and ongoing communication with the project team.
Where agreed within the relevant contracts, we manage a 5% retention from contractor payments, providing an additional layer of financial protection and ensuring appropriate provisions remain in place following completion.
Our involvement continues beyond handover, giving clients greater reassurance, continuity and peace of mind as the project moves into its next stage.
